WHAT

A mix of Strength Exercises and Selected Yoga pauses

First part: 30min : Strength exercises targeted at strength required by climbing moves

Second part: 30min: Yoga pauses that target required segment flexibility (halstrings, hips, shoulders) or work on antagonist muscles often used in climbing.

We aim at adding benefits of strengthening to mobility exercises adding a spice of typical yoga enjoyement, so that your regularity of practice is assured.

WHY

We transpose current physio advices into a maximaly preventive climbing complement, adding a well beeing portion from yoga.

First part: 30min : Strength exercises targeted at strength required by climbing moves

Second part: 30min: Yoga pauses that target required segment flexibility (halstrings, hips, shoulders) or work on antagonist muscles often used in climbing. This is constructed to still have the yoga effect (called here The Spacing Out effect).
