Ola
I’m originally from Poland and have been living in Brussels for since 2024. After four years of personal practice, I traveled to India, the birthplace of yoga, to deepen my understanding of the practice and its roots. There, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher training in Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, an experience that completely transformed my perspective on yoga.
Everyone comes to yoga with a different intention. My role as a teacher is to create a space that feels safe, relaxing, and enriching for each student. I teach in English and my classes focus on safe practice, breath awareness, and offering thoughtful adjustments for all levels. Each session combines stretching, mobility, strengthening, and mindfulness, guided breathing, and moments of stillness to support a deeper connection with yourself.
I encourage gentle challenge and exploration, always reminding my students: “Discomfort is okay, but pain is not.” I teach only what I truly believe in and what I practice myself. I don’t see myself as a teacher first, but as a student on this ongoing journey. Yoga has given me so much - physically, mentally, emotionally, and beyond. I simply wish to share a little of what I’ve learned along the way.
